This Privacy Policy explains how SynthStriders (engineered by Juha Falck under Falck Interactive / Millennium Falck Enterprise Oy, Finnish Business ID: 3483898-7) handles information across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. I designed SynthStriders with a strict privacy-first architecture.
SynthStriders does not require user registration, does not operate proprietary external tracking servers, and stores all player progression, Operative upgrades, and Energy Credits (CR) locally on your device.
On-Device Progression (UserDefaults)
In accordance with Apple’s PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy specification (NSPrivacyAccessedAPICategoryUserDefaults, reason CA92.1), SynthStriders reads and writes game preferences, Account Rank, Operative Mastery XP, Energy Credits (CR), and achievement states strictly on your local device. I do not transmit or store your save files on external company servers.
Leaderboards, Achievements & Purchases
If you sign into Apple Game Center, your high scores and achievement unlocks are transmitted directly to Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. Optional in-app purchases (such as Ad Removal) are processed 100% natively by Apple via StoreKit 2; I never receive or store your payment card details.
Google AdMob (Non-Premium Tier)
The free version of SynthStriders uses Google AdMob to display optional rewarded or interstitial advertisements between matches. AdMob may process coarse device diagnostics and ad performance metrics in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. Purchasing the permanent Ad Removal upgrade completely disables all ad network requests.
GDPR & Support Switchboard
